Is the World reaction and response to disasters in Black, White and Coloured Nations the same or differ? What is your sincere and deep thoughts about this question?

There are empirical documentations that God created man in his own image, most of us believe in this claim. But, a cross section of the global societies reveals otherwise. The man management of this world is a complete disaster, I have a strong feeling that the information in the holy books have been  manipulated from the original contents if true at all. Obviously, there is a humongous phenomenon of dominance and social stratification in every facets of human endeavor. Human beings are constantly wallowing in malignant ignorance of incalculable estimation. Man created and classified human beings made by God into various shapes and forms for his own exploitation and benefits. Truly, racism has eroded the fabric of love amongst us to skeletal status.  Therefore, Europe thinks it is better than Africa; Asia thinks it is better than Africa and America thinks it is the nucleus of the globe. In the event of natural or man made disaster, the world reaction and handling varies and differs. This is poisonously wrong and must be corrected to avoid self implosion and the end of the world.
