Many nations do not keep the records(accurate records) of their populations and events happening therein. Truly,a lot of countries consider prostitution as a stigma. As a result, they do not keep records of their citizens and foreigners engaged in this oldest form of business. Mostly, prostitution is covertly or codedly carried out. There should be a pathway forward to keep their total number in any nation so that they can get healthcare, pay taxes and get benefits before and after retirement. Evidentially, Brazil as a nation is leading in this enclave. All their prostitutes are treated like any other human beings or citizens in regard to social services and benefits. If any government have no plan in place for this transition, it will continue to lose monies and expose their citizens and foreigners to transmittable diseases. Statistically, if their numbers are documented officially, the unemployment or employment numeral will change significantly. Would such action be considered moral or amoral? Your thoughts?
