The world is growing in science and technology. The cost of living and relationships is climbing exponentially. Furthermore, the amount of information that we share and consume is enormous. All these summed up to tick our stress numeral up. Obviously, we are faced with worries, anxieties, panic attack, fear and you name it daily. These are all drivers to a mental health conundrum.
Unfortunately, we do not have the exact figure of mental health in terms of percentage. Mental health is stigma, consequently, a lot people do not want to hear about or lockup in denial. If you pay attention to details in daily encounter with human beings, their behaviors, your behavior, the actions, conversations and reactions to simple daily events, you will know we have a mental health problems. In addition, the actions of our leaders and politicians are spicing up this index. They approved marijuana use in many nations, every other bad behaviors are tap-rooting at speed of light. Truly, if we can develop an instrument that can easily determine whether someone has a mental health problem or not, we will be dumbfounded at the true percentage of people with mental health palaver.
