Should the profits from the Tithes of the Mega Churches be shared between the pastors and overseers and the members at the end of the year?

Churches in human history are centers or houses of purification and transition to a spiritually transfigured humanity. But, the paradigm has shifted very fast from the reality of the past. They are now partially or fully commercial in operations with humongous profits. Many of their overseers are huge mansions and private jets owners. The houses of God palpable sources of true incomes are from their brainwashed members or followers.  Dare ask them question(s), they accuse you of "questioning God" and that you will receive the irreversible consequences. Obviously, it is easy and simple to use the nomenclature of our creator, God to make followers conform and scam them. From my side of the prism, the government should pass bills to force the overseers and the pastors and their members to share profit twice or once per year.
