Human beings and animals need protein for growth. There are various sources of proteins, it could be animal or plant. The question goes thus: Is plant protein better than animal protein? It is a matter of culture and primitive education and what acculturation has done to humanity. In different parts of the world, people are raised to believe that animal protein makes you develop massive muscles.
Evidence abound that plant proteins are healthier than animal proteins because they help to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Confusingly, people believe in the narratives that animal proteins are more powerful and enable one to build up muscle bulk. Can someone show me one animal that is more massive muscle bulk than an elephant and buffalo? These two massive creatures are mainly herbivores. Therefore, one can proclaim authoritatively that plant proteins are better than animal proteins. What form is plant protein more beneficial to man, raw or cooked? Your thoughts?
