Should all women who had their babies through surrogate mothers stop parading themselves as biological mothers? Why or why not?

Science and technology are useful in every facets of our lives. But, the policy makers are out of control. If surrogacy is totally based on a woman's health condition......one would at least understand. The fact that it is almost based on cosmetic is absurd. Biological mothers are those who carried this(these) stranger(s) in their wombs for nine calendar months or so.    Therefor, if you cosmetically surrogate your baby to another woman, you are a pseudo biological mother. The honor accorded a biological woman should bypass you overtly. Truly, you do not deserve to be called a biological mother. I hope the politicians are listening? Your thoughts?
