If animals are given the same education and training that human beings are privileged, would they be smarter than us?

Well, this is truly provocative in nature but, it is a firing question that dares humanity to put on their thinking caps to say something reasonable. Have you ever thoroughly observe the behavior of your husband, wife, friend, coworker, sibling, children etc compared to some animals you have seen? Let the truth be told, some of us behave worse than animals with all our education. For instance, slavery events, raping, murdering innocent people, stealing peoples' land and belong without remorse, lying to people, oppressing fellow citizens etc are worse than animal behavior.   Therefore, if animals are privileged to 50% of human education, I will not be surprised that they will act more decently than us. The water God created for us has been polluted beyond human understanding. The soil is severely abused and the animals are killed with reckless abandonment!
