Should lady’s tennis grand slams be increased to 5 sets? Why or why not?

Women and men should be paid the same salaries if they hold same qualifications. Sincerely, if two people are paid same amount of money for any sporting event or work, the time spent and the amount of work should always be equal. What is good for Adam is good for Eve and vice versa, this message must resonate in every corner of the globe.   Therefore, the world Tennis Association (WTA) must address this issue at once. Truly, my heart is gladden that the grand slams winners receive the same amount of check. But, there is an issue, the men play 5sets while the women play 3sets. This does not look good mathematically; starting 2022 both the ladies and the gents should play 5sets in all the major grand slams.
